Over three thousand years ago, a massive expedition ventured into the snow-covered forests of the northwest to construct a so-called “Immortal Palace” for a legendary emperor. That entire team vanished without a trace, swallowed by the tides of history.

Five feng shui masters narrowly escaped being buried alive. They split into five families, each settling in a different direction, bound by a silent pact never to speak of what had happened.

In the late 1970s, a farmer unearthed a Nine-Ring Jade Casket while working his fields—only to vanish soon after. When he reappeared, he was nothing more than a desiccated human hide.

Decades later, on a night after 2010, a descendant of the “Record Keeper of the Heard”—a family once tasked with chronicling events and preserving documents—unexpectedly receives a Nine-Ring Jade Casket filled with ancient manuscripts. Within them lies a fantastical, unbelievable tale of adventure.
